If you are not satisfied with our tree care services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work to address any issues promptly and professionally.
If our work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or industry standards, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. This includes addressing any missed areas, improper cuts, or incomplete cleanup.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to resolve your concerns through service correction, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion.
Our guarantee does not cover issues resulting from natural tree characteristics, pre-existing conditions, weather events after service completion, or changes requested after work has begun. We are not responsible for outcomes related to tree health issues beyond our control.
Service cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Most issues can be addressed through open communication and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
